Property rights is near bout dead...lawdy, honey, I can tell ya that property rights is an endangerd species--round heah, iffin' the county wants yore property, they condemn it for something like--oh 50 years ago they dipped cattle on it and a lil' chile makin' mud pies will ingest some cattle dip chemicals...so no houses can be put on the property....two years later when nobody would buy the condemned properety, the county pays fire sale price....and put a SCHOOL on it...so much for cattle dip chems hurtin' lil' chillen.
